Qualifications
Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing
Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language, especially Japanese, is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ads Manager, TikTok, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage
- Proficiency in design software, such as Canva, Ps, Ai etc
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment (e.g., Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Track and evaluate event/campaign KPIs
Communication & Coordination:
- Internal and external communication (vendors and internal coworkers)
E-commerce Management:
- Oversee and optimize UX/UI on Shopify to enhance the customer journey and drive conversions.
Content Creation & Design:
- Design marketing materials for social media, websites, and offline channels.
- Develop and publish engaging local-language content (Thai and English) across social media platforms.
Digital Marketing Management:
- Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize SEM/SEO and multimedia promotional campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and, if applicable, Yahoo Japan.
Market Research:
- Collect and analyze local and international market trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Event Management:
- Serve as an event manager for booth exhibitions.
